Shipping policy

Free shipping on all orders to the United States.

Processing: orders are processed within 1-3 business days.

Delivery: most orders arrive within 10-14 business days after processing. Delivery times are estimates and can be longer during holidays.

Tracking: you'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Holiday orders: for delivery by December 25, we recommend ordering by December 1.

Lost or delayed orders: if your order hasn't arrived within 30 business days, contact us and we'll reship it or refund you. Please double-check your shipping address at checkout; we can't be responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address.
